2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country to browse WWW) to use KnowledgeNote.

3. Account Registration

To access core features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Use of the Service

You may use KnowledgeNote to:

• Create and manage personal pages
• Save links, notes and learning resources
• Track goals and personal progress
• Organize knowledge for learning and productivity

Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) are active throughout the authenticated platform to monitor performance and improve the service. These tools cannot be disabled for registered users.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create (pages, notes, links, goals).

By using KnowledgeNote, you grant us a limited license to store, process and display your content only for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not sell or claim ownership of your content.

6. Plans & Payments

KnowledgeNote offers Free, Pro and Enterprise plans.

• Free plan has feature limitations
• Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription
• Prices may change with prior notice
• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time
• Refunds, if applicable, follow standard SaaS practices and local regulations

7. Availability & Changes

We aim to provide reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

• Update features
• Modify or discontinue parts of the service
• Perform maintenance

We will try to notify users of major changes when possible.

8. Termination

You may stop using KnowledgeNote at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

KnowledgeNote is provided "as is".

We are not liable for:

• Data loss caused by user actions
• Productivity outcomes or learning results
• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless KnowledgeNote and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service in violation of these Terms
• Content you upload, submit or share through the platform
• Any infringement of third-party rights caused by your actions

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the regulations of the European Union.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of KnowledgeNote shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Spain.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
